Celebrationof 150th anniversary of the National Song “Vande Mataram” at the National Headquarters of the Bharatiya Janata Party
At the call of the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, the 150th anniversary of the national song “Vande Mataram” was celebrated at the Bharatiya Janata Party’s central office on Friday, with senior party officials and all members of the BJP central office family participating in the collective singing of the song with full devotion and enthusiasm. Responding to the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s appeal, this historic occasion is being observed as a year-long grand campaign. Inspired by the Hon’ble Prime Minister, collective singing of the national song “Vande Mataram” is being held across the country today. During the event, Party’s National General Secretary, Rajya Sabha MP and Headquarters In-charge Shri Arun Singh, National General Secretary Shri Dushyant Gautam,National Secretary Smt Alka Gujar, Office Secretary and senior party leader Shri Mahendra Pandey, along with all members of the BJP central office family, were present.
The entire atmosphere of the BJP headquarters resonated with the echoes of “Vande Mataram,” filling the surroundings with a deep sense of patriotism. Patriotic songs were also sung on this occasion. Under the guidance of Hon’ble National General Secretary (Organization) Shri B. L. Santosh and Office Secretary Shri Mahendra Pandey, collective practice sessions of the complete rendition of the national song “Vande Mataram” had been ongoing for several days at the BJP central office. Every member of the office family participated with full dedication to make the event a grand success.
After the collective singing, the party’s National General Secretary and Central Office In-charge Shri Arun Singh, addressed the media. He remarked that, as Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji stated, “Vande Mataram” is a heartfelt expression of India’s eternal devotion and collective strength. “Vande Mataram” was the clarion call that inspired our freedom fighters and revolutionaries during the struggle for independence. We are proud that under the call of the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, large-scale celebrations are being held across the country to mark 150 years of the national song “Vande Mataram.” This will not only continue to inspire future generations but will also stand as a proclamation of the resolve for a Viksit Bharat.
